Leisure World's Tone Zone gymnasium is an extensive fitness suite encompassing the very latest exercise machinery. The gym includes a vast cardio area with treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and bikes. A resistance area with fixed machines and multi use pulleys, and two well equipped Free Weight Areas. You can spend your time unwinding in our luxurious Caribbean Club health suite with sauna and a steam room, large relaxation area, showers and full changing facilities. Leisure World is situated just off the Promenade over looking Bridlington Bay. Ample Pay & Display parking is available nearby and is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station.
